Next Day Delivery - ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24 (1 WORKING DAY) - £4.99
- Usually delivered on the next working day to UK Mainland (Monday-Saturday)
- Orders must be placed by 2pm.
- Next Day Delivery is provided by Royal Mail.
- Tracked service where you will receive regular updates via email or text regarding your delivery.
Returns & Refunds
What should I do if I want to return an item?
Sorry to hear you've changed your mind on your purchase from Laya, email us at info@layawellbeing.com with your order number and what unopened items you'd like to return, within 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened.
We shall then provide you with the returns address and you can return the products back to us for a refund. As we are a small business we do not currently cover shipping returns cost, we advise you send through a tracked service to ensure your return arrives safely.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?
Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect or damaged item. Email us at info@layawellbeing.com and we shall get the issue resolved for you.
International Customers
Please kindly note that taxes and import duties are not included in the shipping cost and may apply upon receipt of your order. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
